LINDSAY BACK IN JAIL...UNTIL OCTOBER 22 [UPDATED]

Earlier we reported that Lindsay was back in jail until October 22 because of a judges orders well ANOTHER JUDGE has just reversed the order and she will be released from jail with stipulations. 1-She must get a scram bracelet (for the third time). 2. She is not allowed to be around known drug dealers. 3. She must submit to search by the police at ANY time. and 4. She cannot go to nightclubs or another other place where alcohol is the "chief item of sale".

Lohan went to court today for a hearing about her two failed drug tests while on probation. The Judge didn't even bother hearing her lawyer's side of the story and had her cuffed and shipped off to jail with NO BAIL. As the judges order stands right now, she will be in jail until her probation hearing on October 22; that is, unless the judge changes the order.
