3-year old brings weed to school

Before I even get to the story I believe the main question should be since when do 3-year olds go to school? But anyways the toddler brought "less than 20g's" of weed to school and told another child. Then the little snitch told the teacher who then searched the baby (HA!). The little dope boy said he got it from his father. Then the 5-0 searched the baby daddy crib and didn't find anything. No charges are set to be filed due to the fact that IT'S A 3-YEAR OLD. 

And sorry about the extra-rachet vocabulary used in this post I just thought it was appropriate.
