In a sneak peek of this Sunday's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashian's you can see Kim get botox. This is at least going to be refreshing the next time she tries to say she's 'never had work done', and the fact that anybody ever believes that just makes them an idiot. As usual, the brightest of the bunch Khloe went with her to tell her how much of a moron she is for even getting botox in the first place because she's already beautiful-which is true.
