Empire State.

On May 1, 1947, Evelyn McHale leapt to her death from the observation deck of the Empire State Building. Photographer Robert Wiles took a photo of McHale a few minutes after her death.

The photo ran a couple of weeks later in Life magazine accompanied by the following caption:
"On May Day, just after leaving her fiancé, 23-year-old Evelyn McHale wrote a note. 'He is much better off without me ... I wouldn't make a good wife for anybody,' ... Then she crossed it out. She went to the observation platform of the Empire State Building. Through the mist she gazed at the street, 86 floors below. Then she jumped. In her desperate determination she leaped clear of the setbacks and hit a United Nations limousine parked at the curb. Across the street photography student Robert Wiles heard an explosive crash. Just four minutes after Evelyn McHale's death Wiles got this picture of death's violence and its composure."

Years Worth of Make Up

Wow. Dutch video artists decided to put a years worth of makeup on a models face. It took nine hours, three lipsticks, seven bottles of foundation, and two bottles each of cream blush and eyeshadow. Crazy.

Too Far?

This is a new Kia Sportage ad that has a lot of people furious saying it promotes pedophilia. It's supposed to show the benefits of dual side air control, what do ya'll think? Personally, I just think it's creepy and does nothing to help Kia. 

Sidenote: In my personal experience with dual side air control I find it barely works. There isn't an invisible shield that goes down the middle of the car. When I have my side on 58 degrees and my passengers is on 80, it doesn't help either one of us out.

Go the Fuck to Sleep-A Children's Book

Anyone that has dealt with children has to agree that this is the best bed time story of all time! How it was created is even funnier. This man Adam Mansback is an author who after struggling to get his 2 year old to sleep posted a Facebook status saying: "Look out for my forthcoming children's book, 'Go the Fuck to Sleep". All his friends liked it so he decided to actually put some shit together. After some PDF copies of the tale went viral some publisher in Brooklyn picked it up and it's been number 1 on Amazon's bestseller list. It went on sale recently and Samuel L. Jackson has narrated the audiobook which is currently free...but not for long I suspect. You can CLICK HERE to download it, you'll be prompted to create an account but don't worry it's one step.

HANGOVER PART III Plot Revealed

Zach Galifianakis dishes on the plot of the Hangover III in the new Rolling Stone. According to Galifianakis the plot ditches the whole drunk before a wedding format and instead will revolve around his character Alan escaping from a mental institution with the help of the wolfpack.

If you know me you know I am 100% pro life and I have to say I don't disagree with this billboard AT ALL. Greg Fultz, the man in the above ad, paid $13,000 for this billboard to advertise the fact his girlfriend Nani had an abortion even though he wanted to keep the child. Fultz released a statement saying, "It's my belief that fathers should have a say regarding pregnancy. Women have all the power when it comes to pregnancy. The men get no say when a woman wants to go and have an abortion." 

I love how he used her name Nani as an acronym, 'National Association of Needed Information', lmfao. This is so true though. If a male wanted a female to get an abortion she could choose to keep the baby and he would be required to pay child support for 18 years, whereas if he wanted to keep it and she didn't she can just kill it. NOT FAIR. 

Kreayshawn Signed with Columbia

I swear I'm gonna drop a track and I better get signed immediately. Kreayshawn has signed with Columbia-UGH THROW UP. I'll admit Gucci Gucci is a catchy song although Gucci, Louis, and Prada don't make you a basic bitch...being white and saying "nigga" constantly does. But moving on, at least her white trash sister "V-Nasty" didn't get signed. Oh, and I'm so upset that now she's going to have a songwriter and everyone's going to think she has the greatest bars of all time.

If you know me you know I LOVE Apple products. I have the iPad 2, iPhone 4, MacBook Pro, etcetc. I also update each device when a new one comes out...yeah, I know I'm obsessed. But, most exciting news I've heard all day is when Apple unveiled iOS 5 today (which is just the operating system that Apple devices run on). But, this also gives a glimpse of how amazing the iPhone 5 will be! The system is going to be released in the Fall which means the iPhone 5 should be coming around the same time if not a little after. Just when I thought the iPhone couldn't get any better it did! Every single upgrade is amazing but my fav is iMessage meaning now all you BlackBerry users that say, "Oh, well you don't have BBM," which is legit just glorified text messaging now will have nothing on the iPhone. Suck on that.
