Prom is approaching, this time my senior year I already had my first of what would be two dresses because I ended up hating the first, but the money I spent was no where near what the one above costs. Try $13,997(before taxes) which means about like $14,300...which is ridiculous for a prom dress. It's covered in diamonds that are handsewn throughout the bodice. There is No Dior without Galliano!!!!! *UPDATE*

First off let me start by saying Dior is NOTHING without John Galliano and once this whole issue is resolved I believe Galliano should throw up the deuces to the fashion house and take his talents elsewhere. But, let me rewind; Galliano has been suspended from Christian Dior and has been asked to stay away from work pending the outcome of a police investigation. The 'incident' in question is surrounding an altercation that happened on Thursday at a fashion bar "La Perle" in Paris near the "Le Marais" district where the designer lives. Galliano has been accused of using racial and anti-Semetic language during an argument with a couple at the bar. Well, sleek-mag.com just so happen to have witnesses who were present for the whole altercation and have since released their version of what really happened. 

As the witnesses report, Galliano was drunk and was trying to strike up friendly conversation with other people in the bar and apparently the couple seated next to him were unaware that he is the most brilliant mind in fashion and mistook him for a bum-aka they were dumbass know nothings-and at one point Galliano raised his glass and shouted, "cheers everybody!", to which the lady responded,"You're ugly, you're disgusting, move away from here!" Well, Galliano, after cheersing with the other bar guests turned to the woman and said, "You're ugly and your fucking bag is ugly too!" 

Because, let's be honest that is far more insulting, the boyfriend of the girl got up and charged Galliano but his body guard stopped the man and words continued to be exchanged between the couple and Galliano, until the duo called police. At one point Galliano did call the man "Asian" which apparently is some kind of racist statement in France. 

In a statement the chief executive of Dior, Sidney Toledano stated, "Christian Dior has an unequivocal zero-tolerance policy regarding anti-Semitism and racism." 

The Dior show is March 4, and if Galliano is barred from attending that will be complete and utter bullshit. As far as the anti-Semetic statements there is no word as to what was supposedly said other than the racial Asian comment.

*UPDATE*

So, the original report was undoubtedly biased in favor of Galliano and now that video of the incident has surfaced I chose to update the post with the new deets. Just watch the video and you'll see what happened. At a bar in Paris, a drunk Galliano made racist and anti-Semetic remarks to other patrons of the bar. Saying, "I love Hitler." and that if Hitler was still around the other patrons (Jews) would all be dead and gassed. 

Clearly this is crazy behavior for a brand ambassador like Galliano and he's obviously going to be fired from Dior. Which is a shame because I still hold by my opinion that Dior is nothing without Galliano. 

Hmm, a sad, sad day in fashion.

Judge Lifts Chris Brown/Rihanna Protective Order

The protective order against Chris Brown was officially lifted, meaning they can now legally have contact with each other. The judges ruling comes after many sources claimed Rihanna wanted to get back together with Chris. 

BLAHBLAHBLAH

Let me just say, I'm a Chris Brown fan and although there is no reason for anyone to ever physically harm someone, Rihanna had to have instigated what happened. Then, for her to go on interviews and say the things she did about him and act completely innocent is utterly ridiculous. Now, for her to want to have contact with him or get back together with him is just pure fuckery. Not only will she look like a complete dumbass, hopefully it will discredit a lot of what she claimed happened between them. I'm not a Rihanna fan and this is just more of a reason for me not to be.

Yes, what you're seeing is real. Breakupnotifier.com takes the art of facebook creeping to new heights. This is really actually disturbing and I mean there's no more words I have for this. The creator says this:

iPad 2-March 2

Excuse the fact that I haven't posted because I am currently dying from an extreme sinus infection-GROSS. Anyways so March 2 Apple is holding another one of its infamous events, this time, it is speculated that they will be announcing the iPad 2. As I mentioned in a previous post the new iPad is expected to be thinner than the first generation, have a bigger screen and improved display, as well as a front facing camera with Facetime (skype, etc.), and that it will run on both GSM and CDMA networks around the world. I'm actually going to buy this one because like all things Apple never buy the first generation!  

In Case You Missed It- All-Star Weekend

I don't know how you could have missed it but just in case here's all the highlights from All-Star Weekend 2011. The only disappointment was the dunk contest, which Blake Griffin managed to win by distracting the viewers with a car and a choir, when in all reality he just did a basic ass dunk over the hood of the car. JaVale McGee should have won without a doubt.

Tyler, The Creator is legitly dope. Idk why I'm just now posting this. He's 19 and the leader of the OFWGKTA crew. He's a writer, producer, director, artist, ETC. Chances are you're going to be shocked at the video...if you make it through the whole thing, but without a doubt OFWGKTA is about to blow up.  And yes, he produced/wrote/directed this song/video....like he does with all his stuff. Because I know your wondering OFWGKTA stands for "Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All". They're everything you shouldn't be listening to.......I'm obsessed.

The photos on the left are some of David LaChapelle's work, the photos on the right are stillshots of Rihanna's video for S&M.....not much needs to be said. David LaChapelle filed suite yesterday in a Manhattan federal court in which he's asking $1 million in damages because Rihanna copied his ass. 

Funniest thing about this is that LaChapelle considers Rihanna a dear friend of his and says the lawsuit is pure a business matter. He went on to tell Radar about his and Rihanna's relationship saying,"We've actually worked together before. I think about her every time I'm caught in the rain without my umbrella." 

Hmm, well that was an undercover bitch comment and I just cracked up; but in any case it's clearly obvious the video is an exact replica of his work.

GaGa Grammy Arrival

FYI: I'm not in the mood to blog about the Grammy's so this very well may be the only post on the matter. But, I had to blog about Lady GaGa; as usual she did something freakish to catch the attention of everyone and to distract people from how ugly her face is...that was mean, well IDC. She showed up in an incubator carried by some oddly dressed men and a woman who spoke for her. She had to have an oxygen tank with her inside of the incubator because, obviously, its an incubator. Also, it's unseasonably warm in SoCal so I really hope she sweat off all her makeup and ruined her hair...clearly I'm not a fan of GaGa. 

No Place for Her!

Fashion Week is no place for JWoww to be, let alone be partaking in...but it was Richie Rich so really it's nothing seeing as how he's had Pamela Anderson and Ellen DeGeneres close his shows before. Not to mention what he put her in looks like 5$ lingerie from WalMart. I'm really not being a 'hater' I just wouldn't have allowed them to make me look like a cheap prostitute with a drug problem. From the hair to the makeup, to the "dress", to the accessories, just NO.

Would You Live Here?

Somewhere in the Dutch city of Utrecht lies this hundreds of years old church and you wouldn't be able to tell from looking at it, but the interior has been completely renovated into a house. Not, gonna lie it looks pretty legit but I don't think I'd be able to live someplace that used to be a church. I mean we all know the things we do in the privacy of our own homes and I just wouldn't be comfortable doing most of those things in some place that was used to worship God. To each his own. 

You Lose, Others Win

It shouldn't be of any new knowledge that before every major sports competition there are always two different sets of merchandise made. For example, before Sunday's Superbowl between the Packers and the Steelers, hundreds of thousands of items declaring both teams as the winners were made (i.e. the Packers won but pictured above is the merchandise that would have been released had the Steelers won). Well, I've always wondered what they did with all of it and it turns out the losing teams merchandise is given to World Vision a charity that sponsors children from impoverished countries around the world! At least this is that the AFC (American Football Conference) does with the unused merchandise...hopefully other sports leagues do something similar, it would be horrible for those things to go to waste!

So, even though your team may have lost someone somewhere won big!

SIDENOTE: I was so happy to hear this just because I used to sponsor a kid through World Vision and now I know it wasn't a scam!

This 9 year old girl has urticaria...which is an extremely rare condition that causes people to break out in hives and even stop breathing when they are exposed to cold of ANY kind. Meaning, cold water, cold air conditioning, cold weather, COLD DRINKS, ice cream, like the list just keeps going on. She has to take baths in the hottest water that she can stand which for her means around 86 degrees. Her condition is so bizarre she can have a reaction if she's in a climate thats 72 degrees which really isn't even cold. She legit can't even eat ice cream or enjoy a nice cold beverage on a hot summer day! When Matt Lauer asked her family why they didn't move to Florida or Arizona where it's warm instead of staying in New York her father answered,"It's actually almost worse, because everything in Florida is air conditioned." Being allergic to cold is literally the craziest ailment I've ever heard of, but the good news for this little girl  is that doctors say theres an 11 percent that she will eventually outgrow her condition.

Let me just start by saying I risked my safety and well being to snap this picture! I was coming back from the Jerry Springer show in Connecticut which BTW-is SO fake, like I was extra disappointed when I realized it's all acting. The only entertainment was when this old extra white trash lady and these two other girls flashed the audience for "Jerry Beads" which was really actually uncomfortable at best. But ANYWAYS, so I was coming from there and got on the downtown 6 train in Harlem and almost died when this lady and her daughter got on the train! I knew I had to document it as I have never seen someone with this long of nails with my own eyes and so I risked my life to snap these pics. If only you could see the design she had on these bad boys....I almost threw up. 

Jeter's New Tampa Home

Seeing as how there's nothing else to blog about....Derek Jeter's New Tampa house was finished a couple weeks ago. Jeter already claims Tampa, FL as his permanent home and has another home in North Tampa but this is his biggest. Actually, at 30,875 square feet it's the biggest home to ever be built in Hillsborough County history. In case you're from FL. and wanna go peep it its in Bahama Circle on Davis Islands.

"Genius"

You know we should all be thankful that people like Jerome Smith, 27, are kind enough to tattoo their faces and bodies with words like "Genius" and "Omerta"-an Italian word that refers to the mafia's code of silence-becuase it just serves as a clear warning that A-he's a piece of shit and B-he's a dumbass. 

Fresh out of the penn on a narcotics charge, he's now back in jail for pistol whipping a woman who's 8 months pregnant. The incident happened inside of a Cincinnati home which makes me also wonder why this woman was anywhere near affiliated with him.  In 2003 he also spent 5 years in prison for attempted murder, burglary, and drug possession. So why isn't this fool in jail for life?

The man on extra creep status in this pic is Liu Bolin, a Chinese artist who paints himself into his surroundings and then takes pictures of it. You can tell he's extremely talented seeing as how he painted himself and if it weren't for him having feet I literally wouldn't have been able to tell there was a man in this picture. But, this whole thing is pretty unnerving.

SUPERBOWL COMMERCIALS...ALREADY!?

This new VW commercial will air during the Superbowl XLV. It's actually just too cute, but at first I didn't realize he started the car with the keys I thought he just unlocked the doors.

OPRAH DON'T WANNA MEET YOU GIRL!

Every day I read/watch something that makes me doubt the human race that much more. Like this for instance; this grandma has been growing her fingernails for the past 22 years. The longest nail is a FOOT long! Why may you wonder is she doing this...TO MEET OPRAH "and a lot of more celebrities".........................................Ma'am ain't no caliber of "celebrity" wants to meet you ESPECIALLY with those nails! For starters, that's just downright disgusting and I wanted to throw up just watching this video.
The upkeep of what she claims is a "divine talent" is a minimum of FIVE HOURS and $250 at the nail salon each month.

WATERSPORTS

For 129,000,000EURO you can buy a JETLEV-FLYER aka a water powered jet pack. It would be a legit thing to do along the same lines of riding jet skis, tubing, water skiing, etc. But I would never actually buy this even if I had 129,000,000EURO to waste, because your limited in where you can "fly" because of the tube that's attached to the base of it. So really it's not worth the money. I would however spend the same amount on a hover board or something that you can actually travel limitlessly on.

Sidenote: For those of you that are going to assume the video was shot in Nassau, Bahamas at the Atlantis resort...you're wrong. It was shot at the Atlantis Resort in DUBAI. How do I have such knowledge? I am a seasoned vacationer at the Atlantis-Nassau and knew automatically it was filmed at the Dubai location....and my knowledge is supported by the fact that the retail store for the Jetlev-flyer is located in Dubai.

13 year old Could Get Life Without Parole

The kid in the picture above is 13 year old alleged murderer Jordan Brown. He is currently on trial for using his hunting rifle to shoot his fathers pregnant girlfriend 26-year old Kenzie Houk while she was asleep in their Pennsylvania home. Both Kenzie and her nearly full term baby died and now Jordan is on trial for two counts of homicide facing life without parole. This is a pretty hot topic case because he was only 11 years old at the time of the murders and he is now 13 facing the possibility of life in prison; a lot of people, including the boys Father, and the group Amnesty International claim that the punishment he is facing is too harsh for someone his age and that he did not know the consequences of his actions.

If you've read this blog log enough you already know what my viewpoint is gonna' be: lock this sick child up and throw away the key. At 11 years old you know not to shoot anyone, especially as an 11 year old who had been taught about gun safety and who was already an experienced hunter. If at 11 years old you're sick enough to kill somebody-let alone a pregnant woman-Lord help the world around you when you are a full grown man. He does NOT deserve to be in society whatsoever. PERIOD.

Onto another topic: I find it interesting that he is on trial for two counts of homicide-for both Kenzie and her unborn child-when abortion is a legally sanctioned practice.......but I mean I'm not going to say anything.

We Need More Teachers Like This!

First off the world needs more teachers like this who aren't afraid to tell it like it is and give the straight truth. Secondly, what the hell is wrong with the students in that classroom?! I'm embarrassed to be a part of this generation of people who think that behavior like what is displayed in that video is acceptable. I don't care what you've been through in life nor how your parents raised you there is no excuse for the actions that took place in this video and 90% of the other things people do nowadays. EVERYBODY knows the difference between right and wrong.
