Weezy didn't want fans thinking he had someone paint on him after he released the video for 'I am not Human' so he recorded a video with Derek G to show off the lips on his neck and the stars on his face that are done with UV ink. If you aren't familiar with blacklight tattoos they're only visible under UV lights aka blacklights and cannot be seen in regular lighting.
