The Arnold signed a bill to decriminalize weed in California! It goes into effect January 1st and the major points are:
1-Don't carry more than an ounce.
2-If caught with any amount after Jan. 1 you'll get a 100$ fine but you won't have to appear in court AND nothing will go on your record.
3-Smoking in public and/or around a minor will still be a misdemeanor!
Hmmm, maybe Florida should elect an ex-movie star to be governor.
