This is Jimmy McMillan who is running for governor of New York for the 'Rent is too Damn High' party. It was the Hofstra University Gubernatorial Debate that took place last week and it is 100% real. Below is a parody SNL did, and for the record I hope he wins because the rent in NYC really is too damn high.
