Rihanna got another tattoo recently at Eastside Ink in New York. She showed up with her MLB boyfriend Matt Kemp. This really isn't a surprise seeing how Rihanna is known to have about 15 tattoos already. Although, the side of the neck is a pretty gutta place to get one.
