So, it's official Kanye West will perform at the MTV VMA's on September 12th in LA. After what happened at last years VMA's it is extremely surprising that MTV has asked Kanye to come back to the stage. Since Bey and Taylor are against each other for Best Female Video again my fingers are crossed that Kanye pulls another stunt...and Bey better win. :]
